This house...why does it make us so happy? Is it the openness and interesting architectural angles, is it the view of the ocean and the boats, is it watching the chipmunk store rose hips for the winter, is it the tempting selection of books, artwork, and CDs, or is it the quaintly hip downtown where you can walk for great espresso and fresh scones in the brisk morning air?
